The Fix
Plan it. Fix it. Keep fixing.
Four ways to work together. Every engagement starts with a baseline, so every result can be proven.
01 · Plan
Find the real problem, set the baseline, and write the 90-day plan with owners and one target number.
Guarantee: the plan in 3 weeks, or you don't pay.
02 · Fix · The core offer
One stuck problem, one number. I run the plan with your team until it moves.
Guarantee: number not moved by day 90? I work 30 more days free.
03 · Keep fixing
Biweekly strategy, a monthly direction memo, and a new fix every quarter.
04 · Embedded
Weekly and in your team. I run the content engine and direct your people and agencies.
Most engagements start with the Fix Plan. Its fee comes off the Fix. Success fee option: 10–15% of gross profit above the agreed baseline, capped at $20,000, with the baseline and measurement dates written in on day one.
