About

I seek the exceptional in all that I do.

Whether it is discovering how to unlock your brand or experiencing nature for myself, I want to enjoy all that I do. This path has helped me to provide deep unlocks in all my work.

I've spent fifteen years making big companies money. At General Motors I took a merchandise program that had gone unmanaged for years to 85% month-over-month growth. I cut content production costs 70% with an AI model nobody there had built before. At Overland Expo I cut GMC's booth in half, spent less, and grew hand-raisers 30% by borrowing four partners' booths.

Before GM, I turned underperforming accounts into $7M at Symphony Talent and helped position Digital Roots for acquisition.

The pattern never changed: find what's stuck, get creative with what's already there, and move the number. Edooce does that for companies that can't hire me full time.

How I work

One operator. One machine.

I do

The diagnosis · the strategy · every call with your team · the final say on anything that ships

The machine does

Research · first drafts · production · weekly reporting. That's why a fix takes 90 days, not 9 months.

I run my own DTC brand, so I spend my own money the way I'll spend yours.
